Great great chair and even greater warranty, I contacted their customer service to replace an armrest that started to get cracks in the pleather and they straight up offered to replace the whole chair

You won't find a better chair for $100 but this lacks the ability to lock out the back in anything but the most upright and most reclined positions, which is way too bad. It's expected at this price point to only have this lack of tilt adjustment. Hope you're comfortable in one of them!

As a 5'9, 180lb male, this chair feels cheap and it's narrow. I'd spring for the Dexley.

I have this and the Kroy (the blue one with the padded seat) (Item #: 2258153 | Model #: UN59524-CC) and find the padded seat on the Kroy to be a better depth (17.5") compared to the Hyken (16.8"). I know it's personal preference but I find the shorter seat depth to end on an uncomfortable spot on the back of my upper legs. I'm 5'9".

Adjustable lumbar? Need that, factory setting for lumbar support is usually way off for my needs of being comfortable and supported for a day in day out use

This is what I would pay for this chair normally. I would not pay any more than this ever. Not great for sitting in 8 hours/day

Three cats. Zero wear since we got them on Black Friday. We stop them whenever we see them clawing at the chairs but they still get away with it plenty. I thought for sure they'd tear them up but the chairs are very well built.

They do have a great standard manufacturer's warranty. I had the pump, seat and armrest replaced for free on a seat that was over 2.5 years old. They sell a lot of these chairs so they're pretty generous with the customer service. I bought another for the family.

Yep. My wife has this chair and I'm (cough, cough) a bit over 200 and it's not comfortable for me for long periods of time.
