Great great chair and even greater warranty, I contacted their customer service to replace an armrest that started to get cracks in the pleather and they straight up offered to replace the whole chair

I ordered today but I couldn't get any coupons to work. I think that expired unfortunately. I needed a chair so $10 wasn't a deal breaker.

$12.75 for handling is a huge rip off though, that made me think twice.

Right, but even pulled all the way up, it still hits you in the head/neck if you are more than about 5' 8". The headrest mod at least makes the chair usable with the headrest.

I don't know who designed this chair. But whoever it is that designed the headrest needs to be fired.

Crazy good customer service, had this chair for a few months and cylinder dropped a little a couple times. Send them and email and are already sending out replacement part next day. Good chair and you can not beat 7 years on parts and free shipping to you if you ever have problems, she said also if i cant get the cylinder out they will send me a new base as well

Online it said this chair was sold out. I had to go there anyways to drop off an Amazon return. I browsed the chairs anyway on the off chance they had one. They had two one on display and one brand new in the box. Price matched the $99 price plus the 15% off for using them for my return!

this has been a great chair. You can put cheap $10 sofa padding underneath for support and a giant chair pillow for your back.
