In for another 66ft at this price. As people tend to mention in other threads keep in mind this is Bluetooth not Wi-Fi but each strip has a power button (and mode) so you don't always need to use your phone it will remember the last program (moving or just color.) you'll use your phone to set the colors/mode and for music sync (which at least on Android phones requires your phone to be running the app with the screen on.)

Dont love govee leds. I had numerous, all failing in under 5,000 hours. Get anything daybetter equivalent. I have clocked them near 20,000 hours and still going strong... Alittle under 2 and a half years running 24 hours a day. Too lazy to turn them off every day
Once cut you're left with 1 string that can be controlled. (I don't know of an LED that will allow you to use the cut off piece but I'm sure it exists somewhere...)
If you want to set up segments you want to look at the more expensive RGBIC strings which have built in segments that can be set individually (but not after being cut)
I know several people that cut LED strips and solder the cut section back on with wire extensions between them. You can't always control the LEDs or segments independently, but it's usually not a big deal to cut and re-join. Sometimes people do it to make corners, sometimes to put the LEDs more spaced out. It's generally better to buy strips designed for this, but it's not uncommon to repurpose stuff, either

It looks like they do make a music sync box that you can use so you don't have to use your phone's microphone but at $28 with coupon it seems expensive compared to this deal.
These aren't good light strips. They are bluetooth which is not ideal. I tried getting it to work with homebridge, but it doesn't work well. The wifi version has better integration with homebridge and the other voice assistants. Also, the LEDs are very far apart so it looks like Christmas tree lights.
I have the TV unit with the camera, but the one with the power button and microphone without the camera is almost exactly alike minus the camera on the screen. Honestly, I would have been happy with the basic one, but my buddy gave it to me, and he's lost his. Trying to get the one for an 80" on my 65" was a pain.
I'd like one along my bus roof for ambiance. I'll probably look at one half the size, because it's a shuttle bus, with a mic.
