Funny seeing all these comments. I have a bunch of these Bosch 12v tools and probably 10 batteries, some upwards of 10 years old and never any issues. No need to buy extra batteries because they never seem to die.

Bought mine when the brushless version first came out. 2014? Used it every single day at work for the first 2 years, then weekly after that. Used them today actually. 9 years and both still hold a charge well and perform like a champ.

Same here. I would buy more but the two that I have are still working great. Definitely worth it if folks need more.

I'll pile on. I have both the 12V and the 18V Bosch drill sets. The 18V is the very first one from 15+ years ago and has been heavily used, weekly every weekend, and i am just now starting to notice lower battery performance. Kudos to Bosch for their battery management, I have been using the bundled fast charger and it does charge the battery each time within 30 minutes too.

Same here. I only use my Bosch drill and driver occasionally and haven't had a time when the batteries died.
