I have this and I cannot recommend it. I'm 6'2" and 195lbs. The first problem is that for somebody my height the headrest is a hinderance as it will hit your back so you can forget about that right off the start. The second problem is that the seat goes kinda concave so it ends up tipping your hips in. Basically it's not a flat surface. I ended up having to by a memory foam seat pad to make it usable. With that change it's fine for hours but if I had it to do over again I would just spend the money on a better chair. If you just using this for an hour here and there it's fine but if you need something for all day spend the money on something more ergonomic.

I'm 6'1" and slightly heavier than you and LOVE this chair. I guess we all have our body issues and maybe this chair is not for you but I would refrain from blanket statement like this.

I loved the Dexley because its suited for someone more your size but I wasn't willing to pay an extra 50 dollars for it. So I feel the Hyken will do just fine for my small ass.

How does this compare to the WorkPro Quantum 9000 [officedepot.com] that was on sale for last week for $300 but with discounts and promos was available for $200? I grabbed that one and it seems fine (my first decent chair), but this Staples one would be half price and has a head rest.
