Had this chair for about a year and a half and honestly feel that it screwed up my legs. I started getting some noticeable discomfort and tingling in my legs that I really had no explanation for. I decided to swap this chair out for something more ergonomic with a waterfall seat that does not compress the legs and felt immediate Improvement. 2 months later the issue is gone. I would highly advise going with an ergonomic brand and not these chairs, yes they are expensive but its a one and done type purchase compared to these.
That's because the Hyken seat is tilted upward a few more degrees than it should be. That likely caused circulation issues. Main reason why I know is because I had similar problems. Used it for about a week before I wheeled it back to Staples for a return.
Awful chair.

Good chair - on third one. useful life on these for me is about 5-7 years until one of the plastic clips dislodges. Main issues I have is with the headrest support and the cushion on the main part compressing

I have had this chair for 7+ years now and it's awesome. Used it through pandemic work from home and still work from home at least 3 days a week on it. It's one of the chairs you can spend 8+ hours sitting on it.

I had this chair way back for about 5 Years. I can tell you everything about this chair.
Pros:
-It will last Long.
Cons:
-Off Gasses hard. (A nasty chemical on it) (I don't remember how long it would take for the smell to stop, or if it even stops.)
-The Tilt Forward lock-in position will cause problems with your body; never ever use it. (At first; it feels like a comfortable work position; but you will feel odd pains later on; when your body tries to adapt to this weird position. Again, do not use this position; leaning forward is not good for your stomach either.)
-The bottom mesh seat feels uncomfortable after a while; I kept placing a towel on the chair; a quality solid seat is always best.
-The mesh head-piece is trash; very uncomfortable; I threw it away.
-The back mesh piece is the only good thing about it; but the off-gassing renders it moot.
This is a $40 chair in my opinion. But I wouldn't use it if you gave it to me for free.
Buy something else.
PS: I now remember putting a towel on the seat AND the back piece; I hated the mesh material feel and smell. I was poor at the time, so I had to deal with it. A basic wooden chair would be better than this.
