Not sure what tool it is that drains the battery. I leave mine in the air compressor, drills and it doesn't have this issue.

And trust me, if you're stuck on the side of the road after a tire rotation where the lug nuts were torqued way too high, you'll appreciate that extra power when you need a torque wrench that can actually break them loose.
Having said that, the $199 deal for 6 batteries (four HP) is a better deal IMHO.

I have two HP tools - one hand reciprocal saw and a drill that will suddenly stop working with the HP batteries (even showing a full charge). Stopping the device (letting go of the trigger) usually works to "re start" it. Sometimes I have to take the battery off and re insert it to get the devices working again. I have not had this problem with my older non HP devices. I've seen it once or twice with non HP and a generic battery but those were close to drained so I didn't find that surprising.
Anyone else notice this?
$70 for two? I have plenty but could always use a couple more.
