At least it's DDR4 though, which is somewhat affordable used via eBay.

- Processor does not have integrated graphics, so you'll need a GPU
+ Includes stealth cooler in the box (i.e. cpu fan)
could make for an interesting budget build if you have DDR4 ram, GPU, an SSD laying around

How can it work without a disk drive and a GPU? Not to mention finding a girly case for her, and assuming you are activating Windows over mass grave.

Excellent deal for a budget platform. You can actually run a moderately powerful GPU with one of these and do just fine.
