My plan is never eligible

I haven't had such luck
I was surprised, too. Since with the last free line promotions the reps always said no. Today I tried it via Twitter again with no real hope and was surprised that the rep said yes to move to FRLTULF2 and also transferring the existing promotions on the existing lines to the new plan. So I still have the One Plus Promo, Kickback add-ons on the existing lines plus I now have also Netflix which comes with FRLTULF2.
I also had old T-Mobile SIM cards so the rep activated the new free line on an existing SIM card. I didn't have to pay the extra SIM card and activation fee then.
The only part which didn't work was to move my prepaid T-Mobile Connect number over to the free line as it needs to be a new line or ported in from a different provider. Probably to shine on their internal KPI adding new lines.

Most of the time they will honor it to where you get to keep both.

I tried doing it on my own and it says it's 15 a month since I'm on T-Mobile essentials. Anybody else get this? 😑

For the Costco promotion, I am guessing it was $200 for byod. Did u
1) get a new phone promo either from Costco or T-Mobile for that same line ?
2) since u also apply for T-Mobile port in credit, did u enter the original byod number assigned or the new ported number for the $200 shop card ?
1. My $200 is still pending. expect it to be cleared after their stipulated time.
2. My $100 was denied for incorrect activation or something. called in and they resubmitted and its approved. so that should come in a week or so.
3. I did buy Pixel 4a5g on 24 month credit. Waiting for trade in credit from assurant.

This offer never applies to FRLTUL2LP. Wonder if it's worth moving to another plan. Could have gotten 3-4 free lines by now. Have 3 kids using my old phones and they could all have their own data plan now.

Any input, and best plans to switch to?

Did this with our plan the last time we got this offer and they ended up charging us extra for the line even though it should've been free. After lots of back and forth with TMobile customer service (with many who "apparently" didn't know about these promos to others saying that the promo will be reimbursed after two months) we finally managed to get the line for free. Just don't expect to get this hassle free imo
Same thing here

Thats in line with the 90 day rule. it would take 1 year and 3 months, but it is doable.
But honestly, better off just porting main number to google voice and not have to deal with these shenanigans.
Isn't it if somebody calls your old number, your phone with new number will ring, but if you call out with your phone, your old number won't show to the person on the other end?

I also have the same question. But from what I read, the magenta2 is capped at 8 lines and magenta9 is capped at 12 lines. I am at 8 lines right now and planning to go to costco to add the line and get the free Samsung A11. I am just worried adding a line will change my plan to MAGENTA9 and mess up all the free lines that I currently have.
I have magenta2 and tforce told me i could add up to 15 lines

I was able to stack the free iPhone 12 Mini deal with the free line by calling in.
To be totally honest I did not even know about the free iPhone promo until the rep mantioned it and added it for me. I had to pay $42 in taxes but the phone was completely free over 24 month bill credits, and was able to add the line at no extra cost. Im not sure if this is YMMV as my buddy who is on the same plan as me was told he could not stack the promos.
iPhone mini deal only requires a trade-in, so it doesn't really need you to add a new line.

1- No.
2-I intered the original BYOD Number
U should have entered ported number....because temp number they assigned gets canceled once you port...when they verify the rebate...it shows that number is canceled...also rebate form says enter permanent number....even though rep enters temp number on rebate form....

according to this---

Ineligible stackable promos:
iPhone 12 "on us" (2020 Apple Trade Activate P3)
BOGO iPhone (2020 Apple Buy 2 P11)
Free Galaxy A71 5G with new line (2020 Samsung Activate P12)
Free OnePlus 8/8T+ 5G with new line (2020 OnePlus Activate P5)
Costco BYOD promos
TFB-exclusive promos
I'm aware. Like I said, I did this before this post was updated to show that Costco BYOD cannot stack, so I already went to Costco and did it as a BYOD. So I'm wondering do I just not file for the $100 Costco card, do I cancel the Costco line, and/or do I just add another line?

Switch to oneplus plan 2 lines for $120 which has the SOC - FRLTULF2. Go through the T-force rep who can migrate all your promotions to the new plan. Ask them if they can switch you to the new plan along with all your existing promotions.
