It took 4 days to receive the $10 off coupon in my email.
It also had an expiration date of 2/5/21. I don't know if that's a set date of 2/5 for everyone, or if it's a certain amount of days from the date I received the coupon (exactly 7 days).

you can get more of these from signing up for their email newsletter thing while browsing their site, but i think it takes like, til the next day to get it in your email. feel free to try the gmail trick to sign up for the newsletter multiple times, no idea if it will let you use multiple of them on one order, but i know at least one will stack with the existing promo code in this deal

i myself am a short heavy person at 5'7" and 250 lbs. I bought the Hyken anyway because after a ton of research, i read several mentions in user reviews about one would-be fatal flaw in my eyes for the Dexley. when you lock it in its upright position, it still leans back a few inches before the lock actually engages, so you can never have the chair locked in a truly upright position. after using the Hyken for about a week now, I have it locked a few inches back most of the time anyway, so in hindsight I don't think the that tilt lock issue with the Dexley would have actually been a big deal. the way the lumbar thing sticks out, it doesn't really feel like the chair is leaning back much.
as a large person with short-ish arms, I find the distance between the arm rests of the Hyken to be a pretty good fit after I used the allen wrench to adjust them to their widest positions on the underside of the chair. however, the actual seat width is a tad narrow and my thighs do press against the plastic edge of the seat under the mesh a bit. it's not THAT bad, but I probably would have appreciated the extra seat width afforded by the Dexley. oh well, another hopefully motivating factor to lose weight: this would become a GREAT chair for me instead of a very good chair once my width fits in the seat a bit better.
having said all that, i do find the Hyken chair to be comfortable, and the lumbar thing is pretty good. the headrest height seems just about right for me - maybe one inch too low, but it's not that bad. it mostly aligns with the back of my head/neck. assembly was kind of tough to do with just one person once it came to attaching the back to the seat, but not too bad otherwise.
in summary, the Dexley probably would have been a better choice overall because i am a larger person. if you're more like 210 lbs or under and 5'7" or under the Hyken is probably a better fit for you.
a lot of people will say if you have a budget from $250-400, go find a used Herman Miller Aeron because it's the "perfect" chair. if finding a used one of those is not possible, a lot of people consider the WorkPro Quantum 9000 to be the next best thing. that chair has been available in previous slickdeals in the $200-250 range but I believe the current cheapest is at GoVets.com if you use the promo code govets10 it's around $290. people say the difference in quality from these $120-130 chairs and the WorkPro is very clear, and still yet people say the difference between the WorkPro and the Herman Miller Aeron is also clear.
but i am happy enough with the Hyken/Dexley for hopefully a year or two, maybe more.

Just wasn't for me but I can see why people like it.
I was going back and forth between the Dexley and Hyken because i am 5-11" and 193lbs and all i read is that Dexley is for tall people but i was right in the middle of Dexley and Hyken.
Last night i went to Staples and after sitting in both chairs and playing around with them i went with Dexlely. It was mostly due to the added width in seating/armrest area as well as the headrest being at the right spot, I also felt the seat bottom was more comfortable than Hyken. The lumbar support seemed better in the Dexley as well (could not feel it in Hyken) and the softer armrest padding on the Dexley was nicer as well.
I've seen some SD comments in various threads saying that the TP 6450 NEVER goes on sale for whatever reason so I took I took a chance with the Dexley for $129, without being able to try it out. I've seen it described by many as a bigger hyken. Hopefully the seat isn't too wide for my skinny butt. I'll report back after I receive it and try it out.
