This rack will do the job. It's not as inspiring and entertaining as a Rep, Sorinex or Rogue, but obviously it's much cheaper.
It will keep you safe, and help you get stronger (that's all you really need).
The only tangible downside is the hole spacing of 4 inches, which is terrible. But that's why this rack is so inexpensive. Personally I would pass on anything with greater than 3 inch spacing. As another member mentioned, this can be worked around with j-hooks of a different height (if you're committed to getting this rack).
Usually though with gym equipment that you plan on using for a long time ... buy nice or buy twice. Buy once cry once.
Cant comment on quality but this looks like a good deal. I bought a extra tall T-2 titan rack that is very solid. Just be careful guys buying cheap weight equipment. You don't want to have something like this fail on you while lifting heavy, you could really F yourself up.

Could you tell me about the 4 inch spacing ?
I am interested in getting a squat rack and used to lift quite a bit in the days. But I was never big on the machines, but just free weights. I only used squat racks for squatting and pull-ups.
It seems people are very opinionated about how they are set up and I wonder if I would even care about it. Or if I'll will regret it after getting it.
I might be interested in the lat pull attachment if I can use it for triceps.
How is the attachment that you can buy separately or can you buy a different brand for this rack ?
Lat attachment is fine. The "issue" with 4" spacing is that as you use it for things like incline chest press, you might not get the most optimal spot to start off. It will likely be slightly low, or high.
Same thing could apply for squats, etc.
With 2", or even 1" (some go even closer) you get a much finer adjustment making it more likely you can get an optimal rack spot for the start of your exercise.
Just place the rack facing down the incline and forget about it.
You could build a platform, but that's a lot of time and money. I've been lifting in my garage for over a decade, and never had an issue/injury from lifting with the racks facing the incline.

I've used thick horse stall mats stacks on each other before to address these slight height needs. Tractor supply sells the thick ones which are 100 lbs for about 50 bucks and usually have a stack of them. Moving these around helps as a warm up step and they add about 3/4 inches or a little less once compressed by the weight. Works pretty well.
honestly even adding the lat pulldown attachment it's a fantastic deal for a 1k lb capacity rack for sub 400. can barely find weight sets alone for under that price.
Great price but this was a HUGE headache when I bought mine mainly bc of missing parts. I bought the bundle with the lat pulldown so I think the way they packaged it caused it to get lost in the mail.
ended up returning what I got a 2 times even replacements sent before I got one with all the parts.
worked to my favor bc one day bc all the missing boxes eventually made it to my house months later and was able to sell to make my whole unit free.

Dimensions = a measurable extent of some kind, such as length, breadth, depth, or height.

Can I mount the pull-up bar backwards so it's the other direction? I don't want to look at a blank wall.while.doing pull-ups.
