Why is this not frontpage ? Includes a free heatsink to boot and is the best 2tb option for PS5 price per gb, making it cheaper than the firecuda 2tb that I missed earlier in the week.
There's an ADATA S70 Blade currently on sale at Amazon for $250. It is actually faster than the Samsung 980 Pro in most tests, however it doesn't have the pedigree on reliability

These sell on eBay for $240-$280 every day, either brand new or open box with 0 hours/very low hours. Personally $280 isn't a a super great deal. It's okay if you really care to go from a certified retailer I guess, but no harm picking up a brand new one from a reseller for $250ish--as long as they have good feedback it shouldn't be a problem. You could also stack the eBay purchase with promo codes or credit card cash back (Chase is 5% on eBay this quarter) so even cheaper in that regard. If you have Chase just wait until a new one is posted for $250, and then you'll get 5% back making it $237.50. Buy your own heatsink for $10-$15 (if you need one) or just use the one that came with your motherboard (if it did).
Come on $250! I'm glad prices are dropping for these
Check eBay. People post them brand new condition all the time for as low as $240 I've seen. Usually anywhere from $240-$280. Chase is also 5% CB on eBay this quarter.

Is 350 with the heat sink code doesn't even apply for that.
Still waiting to replace my 1TB NVMe SSD I bought four years ago for $69. Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron stop colluding to milk the consumer at 1-2TB kkthx. We are ready to be cheated at 8-128TB.
Digitimes: Samsung new NAND flash capacity coming online in 2H21 may worsen price falls.
Everyone has been brainwashed to eat these high prices because xyz reasons. It's easier and cheaper to print ssd NAND memory than make a hard drive yet you don't see those staying stationary at 1-2TB for the past 4 years.
