I have a few of the Viofo V3 and have installed it on friends and family vehicles and they are great for the price. The warranty if you ever need it is not the best as they are a pain to deal with. With that said, the product is great and the one of the best for the price.

I recommend the SD card below for continuous endurance type recording and also a glare lens cap. Yes, annoying to have to pay an additional $15 to reduce glare but it is much needed.

What's different between this and the a129?

edit: nvm, I thought this a119 was front and rear also. It's not.

Depends. Does your car's 12 volt accessory socket work when the car is off? If so, then yes it would (as would any accessory that you leave plugged in).

Not that hard if you use a heat gun and the little rope supplied with the camera to remove the 3M double face tape. I did it when I had to replace my windshield. They supply you with extra 3M tape.

Depends on the car I think and how you have it hooked up, but these are capacitor based, so they don't have an internal battery. Good for longevity but not so good if you want continuous recording and not continuous current draw.

Had it for over a year. Has worked flawlessly and has great picture.

Got the rear cam too. Also a great buy and meshes well with the front.

Depends how it's installed. If you just slap it in the cigarette lighter and your vehicle's lighter has power with the car off, yes, it will kill the battery overnight. But most folks hardwire dashcams. Run it to ignition power, power which is only hot when the car is running. Cleaner install and freeing up your cigarette lighter is icing on the cake.

2 questions who knows little more about it will the garmin 46 plus usb A ( i think thats what it call) will work with this and if it do will the same parking feature works cause I already have garmin 46 on my dash but I am not much happy with it . Trying to get something that dont need re wiring
