I ordered this item immediately with a prime next day delivery, was in delayed for a while, lost with carrier, then a tracking number appeared and some blah blah.
Yesterday, I got an email stating that I REURNED THE ITEM and and they refunded my money.
I had a chat with an agent and asked for any proof that it was delivered to me and I returned it. Obviously she cannot get any. I asked her to put the order back as I was not the one who returned it. She would not. I made it a point to ask her official information, again no. I have made a PDF copy of the chat.
Are there any lawyers in this forum who can share his (her) thoughts on the technique used by Amazon (blatant lie instead of giving me the real truth), any simple recourse or at least cause some damage for their reputation for this kind of behavior? Yes, they have the right to say it was a price error and they have to cancel it. But not lying and putting the blame on the customer. TIA
