What's the Matter? 😂
No, really...🤔
Thanks, OP
Same here but too bad they don't run a graph or chat of daily usage. If you miss midnight cutoff then you can see that days total usage

This is really disappointing. It's the best brand I've used and have many of the switches including a security camera. I hope they change their mind. Not all of their customers will rebuy from the same company that didn't update them like many other companies will.
I'm not seeing this rebate. Details?

I don't know if these are useful enough for you, but... 1) One time my wife left the 3 100W bulbs in the attic on and we didn't go back up there for months. Won't happen again. I installed a smart switch and set it to turn off every night. Set some other lights to do the same. 2) Outdoor lights are on a schedule so they turn off every morning. 3) Can tell Alexa to turn the kitchen light off without getting out of bed. 4) We set our Christmas lights on schedules using smart plugs as well.
We have lots of other lights and lamps on schedules, but not as worth mentioning as the above. I am going to be buying more... once you get used to the ability to automatically turn things on and off and asking Alexa to do it for you, I don't think you'd look back.
it takes some setup, but if you have a micro-PC or Raspberry Pi, you can set up Grafana with plugexporter and get a graph with all the history you care to record.

Not a single Kasa device has failed. They have been rock solid.
I will note they recently did a massive overhaul to the app in the last month or so. I'm finding it to be a bit less user friendly and slower. All of the automated settings still work just fine, but hoping improvements are coming to that.
