Good deal, $40 lower than Microcenter, but I will never trust Newegg with a high dollar purchase again after all of their recent drama

Also includes Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. It gets added to cart automatically.

Good deal, cheaper than Microcenter. Upgrading from 3900X. Need the extra cores, but not ready to abandon am4 (X570). I would probably look elsewhere if you don't have an existing AM4 system you are looking to upgrade.

Wish these would drop a little more. Considering the 7950x is 550 right now, it's crazy these are still holding strong. Too many of us trying to upgrade in AM4 than just throw the whole thing away.

Come on, bring me a $350 5950x for Black Friday please.

Looking to upgrade 3900X to 5950X on an Taichi X470. Any good reason to upgrade the MoBo to X570 as well here?

Mainly usage will be a couple workstation VMs, emby dockers.

Absolutely no way I would upgrade to x570 at this point. If you are going to get a new cpu and mobo 100% just switch to socket AM5.

It looks like the x470 taichi added ryzen 5000 support on bios 4.60, so be advised you might need to update your bios.

Must be enough of us that just throw our hands up and pay the high 5950x prices, since they're not budging vs every other Zen 3 cpu.
