I have the 512gig and I paid $33 a couple of month ago. Prices are really diving. Can't get anything with dram cache for any cheaper per tb.

I believe this has DDR3L DRAM but the TBW is only 370 for the 1tb. Not a bad price though

QLC has the worst TBW, but it is also the cheapest

That being said... 370 TBW equals about 5.2 years of constantly writing 200 gb per day to the drive before it is hit, and even then TBW isn't when the drive will die, it is just when the drive is certified to work at peak performance. As cells degrade the drive will just start to partition off those cells and the drive will still work for an unspecified amount of time (could be days, could be years).
