This is a cheap and easy way to get wifi in a spot that would normally be a deadzone. Just have to keep in mind speeds through this will normally be no faster than 100-200Mbps depending if you have a 400-500Mbps connection and anything running off the ethernet port will be usually around 90Mbps at max. Still plenty of speed to stream 2 4k movies or a lot of 1080 streams for those wondering.

So this doesn't let you feed the internet in through the Ethernet port? I have a room in a dead zone but it's wired all the way from my router. Any recommendations what I should get to extend my WiFi to that room (preferably without creating a separate, different WiFi network)?
