Only talking about the processor as this is a deal for only the processor, and most people don't live near a Microcenter.
13700 is currently $363 on eBay and $370 at Amazon.
That's definitely solid. I used to have a Microcenter an hour away. I miss it. Now, it's too far away to make sense of pursuing the deals. I hope they'll ship one day.

3% over the 13th gen is worth it to you? And you don't think 13th gen and 14th gen isn't going to run hot??? The 13900K is pulling 400w on Blender CPU only.
