Got one last month. Got a dent in the back but otherwise it's working great in the garage. Chat with Walmart asking for a reimburse instead of a return and they gave back $50.

I have one --- got it undamaged, works just fine. Keeps stuff cold. Lack of auto-defrost is a pain though -- this one does build up a good bit of ice. But for $200, it works. I keep mine in my basement so I can't comment on garage readiness.

It is not. I got this last time and put it in my garage. It works but it frosted up instantly and will probably have to be defrosted manually every 6 months or so.
