Edit: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1049059/ I get that it is in beta, but yes, it does in fact have a BIOS update to support USB4.
- 4060 trades blows with the 6800s, in some games, esp at high frame rates, the 6800s is faster, in most games, the 4060 is faster by up to 15%, normally under 10%
- DLSS 3.0 is a big deal. Frame gen makes a big difference in high res single player games at very high settings.
- the 2023 is quieter and cooler by a small amount.
-165Hz display on this vs 120 on the 22.
- this one has 512GB storage, the 22 has 1Tb.
- the CPU is up to 20% faster than 22, I would bet you couldn't tell in normal use and few games will be CPU limited here.
Honestly, to most, I don't think this is worth it unless 4k gaming or RTX are critical to you
Edit: informs raw facts, someone who woke up on the wrong side of the bed is mad and downvotes it. lol
I'm leaning towards the $700 2022 model for now, it doesn't seem like the upgrades are worth $300 more.
Edit: as others have pointed out. This does have a 1080p webcam, but website description is wrong.
