Great chair, when it goes on sale for this price. If you're a little over 5'10 you need to do the head rest hack (took 10 mins). If youre rocking a little more padding on the side and rear I recommend the Dexley. Also roller blade wheels made this much more comfortable to sit on.

Bought this chair last time it was on sale and I got what I paid for. It's a 100 dollar chair. Tried the headrest hack and I didn't work well for me. I'm 5'10 but have a long waist and my shoulders still bumped into the headrest. It was very uncomfortable as it pushed my neck too forward, where I just found it easier to remove it completely. Arm rests feel very cheap like they could break if there's too much weight on it. Wheels are crap. Overall I don't regret the purchase since it was a cheaper chair but it does feel like it's cheap.

What's the head rest hack? I'm 6'2" and hate this chair. The lumbar is on point, but the headrest literally is in the middle of my shoulder blades. I'm about to remove it all together. It's so extreme, I'd say it's made for 5'2" or below.

Is it just me or the headrest upsidedown? I have this chair and it's incredibly disappointing. The lumbar falls ever sit and the headrest literally is in the middle of my shoulder blades. I think this was made for ants.
flip it around with the hack so the wider side is on the top

Are there any methods to schedule a shipment or delivery for a later date? My address will be available after May 15.

5'10" 190lbs. Been using this chair for 6 years. Zero tears, still strong, no sagging. I know it's not for everyone, but it's been great for me.
Only thing that is tough for me is when I want to put one of my feet under the other leg and sort of sit on it, can't really do that since it's a narrow chair and the seat isn't as deep as other more lazy sitting chairs. The seat area only goes about halfway to my knee.
I didn't do the headrest hack, I just put headrest into the full up clicked position. It just barely touches my shoulders, nothing that bothers me.
Like most said, go try for yourself, no one is exactly the same size.
If I had a Staples available where I live now, I'd buy another in a heart beat for $100.

I've got a Dexley I've had for a few years now. The gas spring died so I called the warranty number and it was pretty quick and easy. They looked everything up by order number and confirmed the problem. They also sent out replacement arm rests because the pad had started splitting even tho that seems more like a wear issue than a warranty thing. I wasn't able to get the gas spring out of the base since I've had it a couple years and it's stuck together pretty tightly so I replied to their email telling them that and got a quick call back and they are sending out a new base so I just need to undo some screws. Hoping the new parts will be here today or in the next couple days.

I did end up getting new wheels initially and a chair pad recently as the mesh does seem to have stretched out a bit but I suspect if I had mentioned it they would have sent out a warranty replacement for the chair seat too.

These chairs are awful for adults.
Look how the seat arcs up from front to the center and then down - you end-up sitting on a hump that starts to rub the tailbone. The seats also tip-up at the side edges and that will rub your thighs. The bigger you are the worse the problem, After three months of torture I had to ditch my new chair. Think of this chair as braces for your body - it wants to reshape you in uncomfortable ways. Think "torture" when you see "ergonomic."

Does staples match online prices instore?
Saw same chair, but it''s $170 instead of $100.

Would have thought they would be same price online and instore.

I wonder if you order in store, they will waive the handling fee. Great chair tho.
1 hr pickup has no handling fee, IF you can find it in stock.

It seems to be OOS in my neck of the woods [Los Angeles] until late May expected return.

Red and gray have better availability, but are only on sale for $119.99.

Note: 15% off 76180 code works if you somehow have a need to buy 3 in-stock chairs [any style/brand, I believe.] Gets the red or gray down to $102 each.

I've had this chair for a few years. Arm rests keep falling apart but warranty service has been decent. Long wait time to ship the replacements but other that I've been happy.

Got this chair last time it was on slick deals. Not a very comfortable chair at all. Wouldn't recommend it. I should have kept my old ones. I'd stay away, mesh is to soft, recline is odd.
