XB is Predator. XV is Nitro. Predator is Acer's high-end line and usually better quality/performance than Nitro which is right below. Though they may have the same or similar specs, I expect the Predator to perform better with ghosting, response time and color.
Purchased at this price a month or 2 ago, been very pleased. Replaced a 32" VA ultrawide panel that had very noticeable ghosting, this handles 1440p very well at 180hz. Brightness pretty low, but fine for my use as I play in a dark room.

Acer has too many similar models, I don't know what the difference between them any more. I just got the XB273U for $200 + $10 shipping from their website, also 180Hz and 95% DCI-P3:

Not sure about color quality as I haven't calibrated the XB273U yet, but at least I can tell that it has a lot less blooming in the lower corners vs my old XV272U. Both screens are excellent for gaming (G-Sync on RTX4060) and photo editing.
Great budget monitor. Had it for about a month but returned it only because it was a cooler color temp display compared to an Acer Nitro 27" that was warmer that I had bought a few months before. I couldn't get them close enough and it bugged me.
Aside from the color difference it was just as good as the Acer I had already at half the price. I would have kept it otherwise as you couldn't tell a performance difference between them.
For $180, this is a pretty decent price for a 27" 1440p panel at 180 Hz refresh rate. I bought a refurb of the 144 Hz version of this monitor on sale from eBay 2 years ago which cost me $158.39 and I thought that was a deal.
