Reposting this from last week's expired deal. Nice golf bag back in stock for Costco members.

Ride in style with the SL Cart sitting on the back of your golf cart. The SL Cart was inspired by 70's throwback staff bags, but we wanted to elevate the design by making it super lightweight [ hints the name SL - standing for superleggera, meaning super light and durable – Cart so that once loaded up with clubs and your essentials, carrying the bag to and from your trunk to the course would be a breeze. This bag is also the largest bag in our golf bag collection, providing ample storage for anything you may need during your round.

Dimensions & Weight:
12" W x 16.75" L x 36" H; Weight: 9 lbs 10 oz

https://www.costco.com/.product.4000237223.html

Edit: original price $488 per the comments. $648 is for the tour staff bag on Stitch's website that looks very similar to this one.

I just got it for Black one and checked it thoroughly.

The first of all, the 5way divider is NOT full length all the way. Only covered front and rear side. And side by side is NOT covered at all. So golf clubs are tangled up sometimes. I am from a 14 divider golf bag user and it is very uncomfortable. Also, the weight is 10 lbs and a bit heavy and bulky.

For $189, it is ok bag but I am debating for keeping or returning.

This bag is similar in many ways to a Miller that I have which is close to 40 years old and still going strong. Modern cart bags are probably more practical, especially if you ride in a motorized cart but there is something special about using a high quality bag like this. Nostalgia perhaps, but these will last for years and still look great.

Not really any bags sub-$250 have full length dividers. As a long time Ping and Sun Mountain bag guy, I do t understand the appeal of these old school style bags with limited storage but offer a premium material. My bag lives in a hot Florida garage, trunk and takes all hot and wet seasons on a dirty golf cart. These might be cool for a corporate job vent but I'd rather have a Ping Traverse or Sun Mountain C-130 for around the same cash and more street cred.

I got the black one when it was posted first a few days ago. I don't like the weight but absolutely love how it looks. When I played a 9 hole course with this bag, the weight did bother me because i was carrying it on my shoulder. However, the weight wasn't an issue when I played the 18 hole today with a push cart. I am planning on keeping it.

You walked and carried this bag!? You're an animal.

This is a golf cart bag and not designed for walking. FYI, people complaining about weight.

Not a bag with a lot of bells and whistles. Also not their model that is usually $648. Solidly built but very basic.

This is the EXACT same bag as the one featured for $648 on Stitch's website, different color variation. Very well built, but I'll echo everyone else here on the potential 5-way divider improvement.

FYI - this is a TRUE CART bag. This is a CADDY bag meant for someone "carrying" a bag for you while you play a round. The main big compartment is NOT accessible while it's on a power cart or even a pull/push cart. A TRUE cart bag will have compartments where the handles are and the strap will be where the big front compartment is.

My son is graduating college and considering buying him a set of clubs and bag of his own. He's taken over mine the past 4 years (20+ yr old King Cobras, i think from Costco...). This bag is actually not heavy at 5lbs, but lacking the pop out legs when you want to put it down if you walk...

Its been a LONG time buying clubs. What makes this bag considered $500 to begin with?? This bag has the pop out legs at least and less money, and just a tad lighter...
Pebble Beach Stand Golf Bag - https://www.costco.com/.product.1817271.html

When you pair up the bag w/ the Calloway set https://www.costco.com/.product.1753433.html

Its $762!! Like a said... long time since buying clubs. ;o)

At $579 for the set, are there many other good alternative good starter set to consider?

Looks like this is a much better deal??

The pebble beach is nowhere near the Stitch build quality and fairly light or borderline flimsy. That being said, I would never carry the Stitch tour bag

Man, it sounds like this thing was designed in the 70's. Oh wait....

This is a luxury and lifestyle brand. There's dozens in golf due to the consumers the sport attracts. Peter Millar, GFore, Vessel, Jones Sports, Sunday Golf, Dunning Gold, Johnnie-O, Winston Leather to name a few.

Sun Mountain also has their own luxury bag line to compete. Shoot the Titleist Linkslegend is finally available to the public. It's a $400+ carry bag that is in this niche and was available to only club members.

It's a huge market and I'm now seeing the average weekend golfer doesn't really care or know about.

Hope this helps. I don't work in the business but golf isn't just a hobby for me. It's a passion and lifestyle.

The materials and build quality are very good, but this bag is really just meant to be a 'statement' bag. It lacks features one would expect at even this discounted price point. It's not a bag that you buy for function; it's a bag you buy to get compliments in the clubhouse.

This bag rocks! I got it today and couldn't be happier. It does have some cool features like the magnetic pocket in the front and cooler pouch. This article below describes it perfectly. The bag is the 2021 model and is not available anywhere else. Originally priced at $488 but from time to time you could find a 30% off sale.

After I took it for two rounds, I made the decision for returning it.
It looks and quality is good enough for $200 bag, but for my use, it is NOT fit well.

Too heavy to carry around. I am using for exclusively a Cart 100% but still I have to carry it from my basement to garage back and forth all the time. And it is way too heavy for the short trip.

Due to the awkward design of shoulder strap, bothersome to access the front pockets during the rounding.
The fake leather is looking good but from just one round, peeled off already at the back of bag due to a Cart's belt mechanism.
The side pockets are too thin and useless. One a big back pocket is useful but cannot access well during the round due to the mounting position for a Golf Cart.
