I bought these and im very happy with them. I workout a lot more because the design on these makes it easy to change weight compared to my old dumbbells before.

Amazon has x2 50lb adjustable dumbells for $199.
I purchased them in April 23, 2023 for $73/each ($99 today).
i love Cap dumbells

https://www.amazon.com/CAP-Barbel...D_BwE&th=1

Customers are dissatisfied with the sturdiness of the Cap dumbbell. They mention that the plates don't grab securely, they sometimes stick, and the disks can fall off on their own. The dumbbell can be risky to use, as the plates sometimes won't detach from the base, and they wobble in the plates.

Weird that these bounce between $200 and $220. I'm assuming the higher price is because it's close to summer, and people probably think they can get ripped in one month?

Na, last one maxed out at 50lb ea hand. These expand to 90lb ea hand.

Last year it was 199 but I don't think the EXP ones ever went to 199 in 2024

Seriously considering selling my nuobells due to the durability issues and getting a set of these. The Reppins are nice but a bit more than I would like to spend at the moment

I'm currently enjoying my nuobell. What issues are you having?

these have a great reputation of lasting a very long time.
Like with anything that has moving parts, Nuos will eventually wear out and give out.

That's why im considering getting rid of them now and getting power blocks or pre ordering the rep x pepins coming out soon. I just don't want to pay some crazy fee to replace the handles. I still have a year of warranty so I might just wait until that runs out to sell them.

I got a pair fully expended to 90 pounds for 439 dollars, but got a Titan stand. More durable and has posts to store weight plates

Are you sure? I don't think I've seen the expandable for $200 except open box.

They are available at $220 a lot though.

People who use more than 35lbs, seriously impressive. I pretty much fall over when I only got 1 in hand.

I started out with a lot less weight. When you work out regularly for a long period of time, you get stronger.

Work in your garden. I do manual digging, pulling weeds by hand, to grow my vegetables.

It is great work, no need to buy these dumb bells and you save money too on free vegetables!

Am I smart or not?

Thanks for all the input here! After watching a few videos I went and pulled the trigger for a set plus 70lb expansion. They compared these to Bowflex and they're far better! Repped (pun intended)😆
