This warranty is NO JOKE - Had a Chair for a bit more than 7yrs, the Armrests were finally going and the pump didn't stay up after probably over 10k hours - Called up their Customer Service, expecting payment for Parts, multiple excuses, long hold times.
No hold, Got the product number, Asked what's wrong, Got my Address, and Had all parts FEDEX'ed over in 2 days no charge. SERIOUSLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE/BACKED WARRANTY EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!

sitting in this chair. there's no way this will support 275 LBS. My hydraulic cylinder already broke and I am way below this.
