No it's not. you can still hardwire it. I have one connected to the corner of my garage(power connected to the garage door opener outlet)so I don't have to deal with charging.

No, it doesn't; that's why it's called a SoloCam. However, it is compatible with HomeBase 3.

Yes, I have my other cameras with home assistance and work good
I don't believe the s220 supports rtsp or home assistant. The indoor 2k cams do. Or if anyone else has been able to, please send links

While the deal is great, I would stay away from Eufy as their camera's motion capture is a hit or miss for vehicles.

Does Eufy not sell the EufyCam3 (S330) individually? I already have the homebase with four cameras, but I'd love to buy one or two more cameras for complete coverage. I'd rather have all the cameras be the same rather than have four 4k cameras and two 2k cameras.
Same here, there are separate s330 on Amazon or Eufy official store. But $150 for one is too expensive.

Once the battery is dead you have to throw it away.
Mine charges via solar.

Mine charges over solar too and now it won't charge past 5 percent. Battery is dead pretty much.

I have a eufy door bell and lock. On homebase 2. Is this only compatible with homebase2?

I dont know if i should jump for another Eufy cam deals. I bought S340 last month and had to return it. It barely catches anything at night, and one stupid thing is that if someone approaching the cam in a vertical direction then the cam can't detect anything. I have tested that so many times and turns out the sensor mechanism kinda works in a horizontal movement detection, which seems so weird.
I had the same issues and ended up returning mine.

My parents bought one of these and had horrible internet issues afterwards when this thing was connected. It dragged the internet down to a crawl, kept kicking her iPad and Apple TV off the WiFi, and somehow knocked a WiFi fan and tv off the connection of Alexa. Idk whaaaat happened but it's been a nightmare. I had them just factory reset the camera so it took it off their network so I can get things back to normal and I don't even know where to go from here 😔

It sounds crazy right? I was impressed by the Eufy floodlight E221so i thought S340 would be at least as good as that.

what is the wifi range?
That is entirely based on your home WiFi setup, the camera does not send a signal, it receives...

Like how? You think the device did a denial of service attack? I have tons of Eufy wireless devices, never have a serious issue. The only issue I see as others have indicated, sometimes the alert comes in with lag maybe 5-15 seconds.

I get that, what I wanted to know is whether this camera has a good wifi antenna. Does it have the option to add an external antenna with a strong dbi?
