The Integra DRX3.4 for $570 is probably a better choice compared to this.
It has pre outs and 5 year warranty and it's less expensive.

Another option would be the Onkyo RZ30 OB for $100 more($799).
You get much newer unit, pre outs, 2 independent sub outs & access to DLBC and very capable unit in my experience.

Of note, if you're desperate for a 9.2 *today* and $700 is your hard limit the DRX3.4 is currently 699 ( https://www.adorama.com/indrx34.h...d=18484087) and would be a better option than this item even at the same price unless someone really loves amazon. If you're not desperate, just buy the DRX when it comes on sale again (for 5XX, it does this *very* often.)

unfortunately the subwoofer outputs are not discrete; meaning the same signal is supplied across both outputs. What a shame

my denon 2200 just blinking red light on me. Was thinking just replacing it with entry level denon. Is integra much better than comparable Denon offering?

I have this exact unit. Bought in 2021. I paid $599 and it's worth it if on sale. But I wish I spent a little more and got something better. It makes this clicking noise every so often. Doesn't interfere with any of the functions when you first hear it you think something's wrong or the sound about to go out. But it doesn't. Also the signal gets funky sometimes. I have to turn on my 4K player first so I can properly switch to my PlayStation. If I just hit game input, it doesn't switch or at least it doesn't recognize the signal.
