Not sure if the x60 is better, but I am guessing it may be. If that's the case, it has already dropped to this same price once, and presumably will again.
Also, does anyone know when WiFi 6e is going to start releasing? I keep reading that it's not a bad idea to wait in the comments of threads, but I'm not really sure how long I'm gonna be waiting.

If you do anything that needs lower latency (gaming) this will not suffice. I found out that tri-band is the needed feature gaming further from the base station. Unfortunately it won't come cheap $500+ for the Eero setup I have now, but it's indistinguishable from ethernet.
Dual band mesh is just a little less reliable than tri-band for other applications as well. Kids complaining about their iPad losing internet sometimes, reboot the router. Again, all issues have completely disappeared on the Eero step.

One thing to note about 6e is in early testing of the two big bad 6E routers, 6ghz seems to be more sensitive to distances than the 5ghz spectrum so if you're not usually by an ap/satellite there's an argument to be made to get a deal when you can (but of course when 6e is properly available 6 stuff will also get cheaper...)
