Great price. These are usually 7200rpm White label helium filled drives (generally anything >10TB is Helium filled). I have a few of these in a server with 2000-5000 hours on them and no failures. Highly recommend at this price point!

I have numerous HGST HC530 drives (their enterprise grade line) in 14TB that I have in my primary RAID setup. True 7200RPM. And I also have several of the 14TB Elements drives. The Elements drives transfer considerably slower. No way they are spinning the same speed.

Thanks a bunch for the Best Buy info! Saved me from searching for it. I used Best Buy certificates from my Best Buy Visa and brought the total down to $5.41! ($4.99 + .42 tax) I love that using BB certs even takes off the tax! I also used a CB site in case that works too. Best Buy says it will be delivered by 9pm tonight! I repped you and the OP. I'm not seeing where you guys are getting the 12% CB from Paypal. I'm searching their Shop section and I don't see a WD deal.

edit: Found it. This is weird, but when I accessed the deals through my Business account, WD was not there. Now I accessed the same deals page through a Google link, typed the same thing, and WD is there.

Might want to check "end of life" date. WD is ending my EX2's support and I won't be able to access them remotely. It's not based on when you purchased either. Last time I looked every product they were offering as a discounted replacement had a short remaining life. Not sure if these apply to the same policy or not, just a heads up.
