This is a great dashcam at a great price. I purchased the $15 polarized filter with mine and it makes a better picture during the day.

Those dash cam which came with 2.4G Wi-Fi looks good on paper, but a single recording file is over 500MB(3 minutes duration), it takes way more time to download over Wi-Fi than just take the card out and copy.

I recommend to buy dashcam with at least 2K resolution.. i have a 4 yearold 1080P Aukey dashcam and video are quite bad, cant even see plate number, just witness an accident yesterday

Picked a rear view mirror dashcam for my 07 accord. Great solution for a backup/rear cam but the resolution is only 1080.

I have the Aukey version of this, the DR02 P, but for the life of me I have not found the GPS accessory to plug into it. Does anyone know if these are compatible, or if they're sold separately?

I own several cars and all my cars have front/back dashcams installed (and one car has three dashcams, the 3rd is interior facing). I started with dedicated 2-channel dashcams but now I much prefer buying 2 single-channel dashcams and installing one in the front and the other in the back. Having two single-channel dashcams allows me to record more video at a lower price per hour.

I got this one a couple weeks ago for 79 with coupon and instant discount. Seems pretty good for me so far but agree the Wi-Fi 2.4 transfer isn't all that great but my rationale is how often will i need to download instantly however does work slowly. The rove 3 looks nice and would have considered if wanted to spend more and want facing inside car camera. All I really need is the front facing one and have not installed the rear facing one yet. Don't want a bunch of wires all over the car or have not taken the time to figure out how to hide the wire. Do not want to pop the panels off and all that.

You can pop the camera out of its mount and connect it to your PC with a mini USB cable to do the same thing. Just in case it was specifically the MicroSD card that you had a problem with.

That's what I do, just as easy to reinstall.
