And don't buy device powered by MediaTek. You are funding the Chinese for more R&D to compete with American companies!!
It does not have an hdmi port

Yup, $149
Issues with this laptop:
-Linux sucks with this laptop due to its architecture. Since it's not x86, you can't install apps like Discord for Linux (Web discord is annoying as a tab and the mobile version sucks with a laptop touchpad)
-Due to its ARM CPU (MT8183), it only supports up to USB 2.0 for both its USB-A and USB-C ports. The Best Buy specs are wrong. These aren't USB 3.1 or 3.2.
-No dedicated HDMI port. Only USB-C to HDMI. If you want to charge and use HDMI, you have to use a USB-C Hub since it only has 1 USB-C port. My USB-C hub is still coming in. However, I tried my USB-C to Displayport and it only supported up to 1280 x 720. I tried it on two different 4k monitors. Its ARM CPU supports more than that, but I'm waiting until I get my USB-C hub to test HDMI.
It has bluetooth. I have 2 of these.

But yeah, check if the packages you want support arm64. Most closed-source software, if they even provide a deb, only offer x86/x86-64. You can technically use Box86 to run x86 on ARM (even WINE+Box86 for old Windows games if you're bored), but it's quite a lot of trouble and more fun for tinkering and experimentation than practical.
