Like if you plug into a 65w USB-C PD, it'll do what it can to Power Flex and use the most it can get for that power budget so that it scales pretty well. With Intel + Nvidia or AMD + Nvidia, it just doesn't work and fall on it's face.
This is really useful if you're on a plane or RV or some other power limited situation where you can't plug in a 200 something PSU in.

What sucks is: a couple of months ago the version with RX6800 S was around 840 for open box excellent.
