Also 3050 doesn't include the AI system who creates new frames, with the Rtx 4060 or even 4050 you will be able to play heavy games with ray tracing at solid fps thanks to the system it's called DLSS you should check it out

The one with the 4070 comes with a wayy better display at 240Hz 500-nits and processor.
So like I said, if you can spend that much more then the choice is obvious, the 4070 one.
