The AMD 7640HS CPU has good performance for gaming and the 4060 GPU will drive good framerates on modern games at this resolution, especially with DLSS. 16GB of RAM is adequate and can be upgraded to 32GB or 64GB.
It's hard to find a laptop at this price that you can play recent games out of the box even if it is an open box.
The screen is not amazing with a low-average brightness and color coverage, so an external FHD monitor would be a great addition.
If you can pick one up locally, be sure to open it in store to double check that the condition is acceptable.
