Just bought legion 5 pro with 4070 yesterday for $1235 (plus 8% cash back), so basically about $200 more than this one, is the pro with better cup, gpu, screen worth the $200?

Oh, I see. I saw more cores are featured in the Zen3+ CPU though. Would you say it's best to stick with 40?

True, but this is 6 core, and 7735 is 8 core. I'd prefer the better single core performance of the 7640 though.
