I wanted to buy this model, but I wonder if Best-buy is getting so many returns?

I honestly don't know myself, I have one, I recommended it to a friend, and 3 family members.

They all have them, and love them, going on 6 months~ now

Ya screen brightness sucks if you have lots of lights on, it lacks USB4, the SD slot is slow, but otherwise is peachy.

Work+Games no issues.

EDIT: Upgraded mine 64GB of ram and 2 TB NVMe drives

What about video editing with Davinci, Premiere or Vegas?

I bought this one at Christmas and could not be happier with it. Do recommend upgrading memory to 32 GB. I also added a second SSD. To be honest the screen is decent for this price. I play alot of Balders gate and Far Cry and on it and have no complaints. Only issue was a bad bios they had released after I got it. Caused the laptop not to boot after the Lenovo screen. Had to do a hard reboot then it would boot up the second time. They released a new bios that fixed this issue and it has been great.

For that, I would get the Ryzen 7 version which also has the 2k screen. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/leno...Id=6534470

Open box excellent is just a few dollars more than this one and Lenovo will honor the warranty.

Probably because every other week they're switching between which laptops they have on sale, which means lots of returns when people see what they really wanted go on sale.

Excellent. Can I add a 2nd SSD?

Yes, I can confirm based on the one I had purchased myself.

Just grabbed this laptop with the Ryzen 7 from best buy, and within the first few hours, the screen froze several times, and the blue screen even popped up another 2-3 times. Is this a faulty device or a bios driver issue? I currently have the G14, but really enjoyed the keyboard of this Legion Slim 5, and was looking to take back the G14 if there were no issues with the Legion Slim 5
