I havent used a windows laptop in a long time - the back/forth swipe gestures on the trackpad were worse than mac, the ease of use of the trackpad with windows OS wasn't as fluid as mac, and also I didn't like the windows OS 11 in general

They will create a new POS $550 macbook 64- 128gb to compete against $400 School Chromebooks

I've bought many from backmarket.com and for the same price you might get macbook m pro with 16gb memory and 1 TB of disk. Some of them even had extended applecare warranty.

really good price, the only sucky thing is that this still only has the 2 USB-C ports. The new magsafe is sooo much nicer. If budget is key though, this thing won't steer you wrong - it blows away any of the previous gen intel macs.
