Could have something to do with the fact that you can't actually order one as all colors are out of stock for delivery. And in my area, there are none available for pickup either. The only ones that are available are refurbs, but not worth the $585 they are asking for them considering they were selling new units for $650.

Hopefully the M2s start seeing bigger discounts now that the M1 air has been discontinued.
