The interface is easy enough to use, the handle broke within 24 hours so that was really disappointing. its all plastic handle, no metal like other models.

Transparent feature is basically useless. These things become so clouded with polymerized oil over time, that you're not going to see anything through the window. Most people just open the basket, take a look, shake, and put it back in. Costco deal FTW.

I've been using the Gourmia air fryer from costco for almost 4+ years now and going strong.

Bought another one from costco during recent sale and now I'm running two to cook more at once Big Grin

Debating if I should pick up another one LOL

My Costco (central VA) had the 7 quart for $30 (listed as $40 regularly) on Sunday. Snagged one. Has been great in my two uses so far.

Spend the $10-20 more for the dual sided air fryer gourmia on eBay. Works great for my girlfriend and I. She's vegetarian, and well I'm not lol

edit: NLA for $50 on eBay anymore rip

I also have the Costco 7qt. I adore it! I use it 5-6x a week. I buy individual foil sheets and cover the grates with it each time I cook, meaning no clean up. Mine had no plastic smell even on the first uses.

I had a five quart without the window. I'm good, i'm gonna get this one But it states that the window gets fogged up with oil in the comments above. If it does I will return it And go back to using my 5 quart one. My brother used paper liners in his air fryer and they caught on fire. So don't use paper liners.

Instant pot frozen chicken wings 20 min, transfer to air fryer about 12 min... fast and delicious. Season before air fry also.

I bought this for my Airbnb property. It fits 8 inch square liners ($11.38 for 125 count on AMZ) perfectly. It has more depth than other square air fryers I've had in the past.

It can hold 0.75 to 1 lb of frozen French fries just fine. And speaking of Costco, they have these delightful Nashville Hot inspired chicken firecrackers on sale, of which I can fit 10 in the basket at a time.
