The base variant of the 13" M2 Macbook Air in Space Grey has some great prices at Best Buy Open Box.

Fair for $734, Good for $753, and Excellent for $771. I see a decent amount of stock in stores around Houston at the time of posting.

Note:
  • The other three colors are $50 more, which is a still a good price
  • Can get the 8GB/512GB variant for $200 more
  • Best Buy Open Box conditions aren't always accurate. I bought the a Lenovo laptop last week listed as Fair, but it was in perfect condition, with the charger, and a battery count of 2.

Same experience, I purchased a good condition and it was actually excellent, basically new in box.
