Great monitor based on review for office work. It was consider but ended with Acer 28" IPS because needed that +1" for native resolution from BH at $200.

I ordered 2 from Dell the other day, there's another CB site offering 12% back and not sure if its via Dell Education or through normal Dell sight but I ordered 2 through Dell Education and they gave another 10% off if you buy 2 monitors. Chase also tacked on another 5% back in points. Heard they don't play well with Mac M1/M2 with flickering if using DP but will give it a try.

Are ultrasharps still worth the premium these days? I think S models are consumer grade monitors while P and U are professional

I have the same question.

U's are still good. Never tried an S so I have no idea.

I'm still looking at the B287K, at your advice. It seems perfect for me. I want an adjustable stand, the extra inch, and at least some focus on good colors. I'm just a little concerned with B&H's return policy. It has to have 5 or more dead pixels for it to be considered a "free" return. I think I may wait for a deal elsewhere.

I do not think so. You will get more ports and better built in hub. It will be calibrated but most likely feel dimmer, and you will probably turn of that calibration

For anyone that isn't fully aware,

this monitor is a S Model.

S2721QS

I say this because the post itself could be confusing to some, as it uses the words Ultra-Thin and UHD (which at a glance looks similar to U or Ultrasharp), while it does not use the word S in the post.

It may have just been luck, but the monitor came without any dead pixel.

Isn't the 32' 4k much better? I notice that cb site offers 12% cb for monitors now. The highest cashback offered with dell is probably 16% and that is during the holidays right? I recall one time it was as high as that?

So basically now is the best time to get a 4k monitor since it is a sale but because of the 12% cb?

S-series 32' is worse in many aspects except for the size.

Tried using the filler item deal on the $900 oled monitor. Man that one is locked behind no deals. I can't even use my 10% off code on that monitor

What is the impact of the +1 inch? And how is the monitor at only 300 nits brightness?
