At the very least should be easy to take a snap shot of the screen and post it?
Did you pay extra money to add this on? The lx305 and lx505 only come with dirac live built in. They weren't planning on offering dlbc on them even if you wanted to pay for an extra add on.
A denon or marantz may cost 2 times as much after purchasing dirac. There is cool audyssey one calibrations out, so they may not even need it. I would like to go this route but much more $$$$.
Onkyo TX-NR7100 $549

The best way the mic helps is if you get REW & miniDSP and calibrate the sub to your environment.
Improve room environment.
You then run Dirac Live on the on line version and make adjustments as needed.
One other advantage with the new Denon/Marantz is directional setting option with subs.
It's the same theory behind DLBC.
That's another option, they offer the option for DLBC.
The new A1 script can be a gamble changer!
You don't have to get a new model, works as long as you have access to the Editor App!

It will also let you make manual adjustments as you pointed out.
What Dirac Live doesn't do is make any bass adjustments with their own filters, DLBC gives you those calculations.
This is directly from Dirac's users manual which is universal. It explains what each of their three RC's offer/do(page 32).
"Dirac Live: The filter design page is presented without Bass Control features and filters are calculated without any form of bass management.
Bass Management: Dirac Live filters are designed such that each subwoofer in the arrangement contributes equally to matching the drawn target curve. A system with 1 subwoofer will adjust this subwoofer so that it matches the curve, while a system with 2 or more subwoofers will scale the volume (or gain) of each subwoofer so that they collectively add up to provide the drawn response. However, it will not consider any destructive interference between the speakers.
Bass Control: Dirac Live filters harmonize the subwoofers and non-subwoofer speakers in the lower frequencies using tailor-made phase filters, delays, and gains." https://www.dirac.com/wp-content/...pdf#page24
That video I posted explains this pretty well and even shows what it looks like.
