Yeah let me spend another $180/yr for a $180 2yr protection plan. The title is also a bit misleading as plus members do not get a protection plan, it's only available for Total tech members.

This thread should get taken down, or you should edit the price to include the Best Buy total tech membership, which is another $180. Why did you post the deal this way? Makes it seem like it comes with Apple care included for $849.

Also, here's the catch with the total tech - you only have Apple care while the membership is active, meaning you're paying scensored $180 for the second year, in order to have coverage. If you're buying tons of Apple stuff from Best Buy this might be worth it, otherwise it is not. You can get 3 years of Apple care Zoe $179, you're better off just doing that unless you plan to buy lots of Apple stuff at BB. Just my 2 cents!

Costco has a 2 year warranty and 90 day returns. Keep in mind the warranty isn't as good as apple care, doesn't cover accidents etc., but it's included for free.

so 2 years of apple care+.. but only while.. total tech memb is active... and a memb cost is $180* per year.... so to get two years of the applecare+... you're paying $360 .. hm
