Where are you seeing 3 years of warranty? On here I only see 12 months.

yeah a tad unsure about all the differences between the two myself
G95SC = Glossy + Tizen
G93SC = Glossy no Tizen

For what it's worth, the screen is still fine on mine. No burn-in, but I am very careful.
From what I understand, no warranty covers burn-in. That should be true for both G95SC and G95SD (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
One thing I like about this monitor is the multi-view screen. I can plugin a cable for HDMI and Displayport and see both on the screen.
One thing I don't like is being forced to use the control that comes with it and having to learn voice commands to do things that used to be simple.
Games are beautiful; the HDR is so-so, but still nice; love OLEDs....
