Agree - RX30 is just a little bit more, but you get a way better unit.

Wow, crazy to see how much this has gone up in price. I snagged mine for $529 a couple years ago. At this price, I'd be strongly looking at used RZ50.

I used this unit for a couple of years before upgrading to an RZ50. It's solid.

I've had one for a few months and it's been great for me. Seems everything is getting more expensive these days! Still a discount to the RZ models at least. Personally I wouldn't buy a used receiver, tried that twice and both times it had issues.

That was a great price. Should be cheaper by now though.

the newer RZ30 was this price already - I'd hold the line for one of these around this price on BF/CM

The real deal was that Integra DRX 3.4 that kept popping up for $569
For smaller to mid size listening area if you could use the units internal bass management
Dirac on board at no extra charge and a 5 year factory warranty

IMO, you would have to spend a LOT more to obtain a significant upgrade from that with Dirac onboard

I bought an open box Onkyo RZ50 at the Best Buy outlet for $579
I used it for 18 months and sold it for what I paid for it. It sold in a day
