$800 for a new Macbook air, probably won't last long. Seems the deal from last week for $100 off and next weeks student deal for $100 off are currently stacking.
Best Price for a macbook air, next best is $900 from the apple store with free airpods for education discount as well.

It's funny how much that thread blew up, and this is an equal or better deal for everyone who's state had (or is currently having) a tax holiday, that wasn't during the short-lived $750… yet this thread barely added TU from its previous peak.
For anyone who wanted the Pro (for the touch-bar mainly… cooling fan that isn't necessarily needed… or other small reasons)… the sale, during tax-free, puts it significantly lower than previous FP… by about $100. The Pro base is $1050 OTD right now (saving $100 in tax).

Bummer… I thought there were lots w/ 1500 towards computers.
I took back my unopened 800 air (750+tax) and got the base Pro (mostly for the touchbar).
1050 OTD… meanwhile a thread for the M1 Pro at $975 + tax would get 300 TU… but in the tax holiday states, that's exactly what this is.
Yeah , nothing really . After the order , next day their delivery team said deliver with a unclear image . Now I am still waiting update on it

If you still use SD cards of old-style USB storage, sure.
(ps: I already have the anker usb thundebolt hub, slim cover, and a case that someone from here mentioned and it was cheap like 8.50.)

That's a bummer. In Missouri it's ANY computer purchase up to $1500. MacBook Pro plus a couple external SSD… all sale price, $0 tax.
