Got this in pink for my sister about a month ago. The LCD isn't as sharp as I expected (poor contrast?) and it isn't as quick as I expected (slow SSD?), but it's a lot better than the $300 HP Stream 14 my mom wanted to get her. Note that I'm also comparing it to my own laptops that are a fair bit higher end than this.

Probably because it's an anti-glare screen at 250 nits, also 45% NTSC. IPS would look better, generally people aim for a minimum of 300 nits as well.

This is 15-ef2126wm and hers is 15-ef2125wm. I don't know for sure that color is the only difference, but HP's spec pages are identical aside from model number.
