Better screen, better battery life, more storage, way better gpu (6700 vs GTx 1650, and AMD cpu and gpu has harmonization with smart access memory). So definitely yes.

i'm the opposite - as someone who constantly travels, my legion pro and strix AE were entirely too large. they are desktop replacements… this is a laptop first & foremost.

i can't imagine lugging an M16 daily to work, on a plane, or even using it wherever around the house. it's just so much bigger.

that being said — if you want a desktop replacement you don't move as much, m16 is better.. at that point i'd likely just get a desktop + laptop

I had this laptop and bought alongside the 2021 and 2022 M16. I couldn't go back to the G14's screen size after using the M16. If you're planning to play any games at all on the G14's screen, it really is tough with games like Apex (FPS).

True. It does say USB-C Gen 2 but I can't find whether the ports are 10Gbps or 5Gbps.

Also, reading reviews on BB, many have screen issues. Not convinced on getting this yet.

Yep. After going back and forth about buying a 2021 model (read the thread about the 1650 version lol), this pretty much hits everything that were misses for last years models. I think I am going to pick one up today.

I want a gaming laptop and have been mainly focused on NVIDIA 3060. Don't know too much about AMD graphics cards. Seems like this one is comparable to 3060. In the end, I want to make sure my games still look very nice and I'll be set for a few years.

What do I need to know in deciding between a laptop with this graphics card vs. getting an NVIDIA 3060? I'm kind of regretting letting this one fly that was on sale last week for the same price https://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus...Id=6494630

Just trying to find a computer that won't be too heavy and will play games for a few years to come. Was hoping to find a solid deal between 1000-1200. Wondering if I should keep waiting or pull the trigger at a 1400 price point.
