Productivity is very subjective. Old school .exes, you're better off with Windows, but if you're not living in the 90s, most things run in a browser these days.

I'm sure Apple will start to realize that releasing their newest silicon on their bottom end model is counterintuitive. You want to release your newest silicon (M2) on your top spec model (MBP), then let it trickle down to the non-Pro models, not vice versa.
Main reason I'd recommend this MBP over the new air is even though it's heavier, the new 120hz miniLED screen they put into it is amazing, especially compared to the one they put into the Big ipad pro! To my eye there's really not much blooming, and that's coming from a guy that also uses a 42" LG OLED as a desktop monitor

Yup! Costco has a very friendly return policy. No restocking fee for open/used items.
